Police redeploy 37 CPs

The Police Service Commission has approved the deployment of 37 Police Commissioners to State Commands and the Federal Capital Territory.
The commission in a statement on Wednesday by its spokesman, Ikechukwu Ani, said the posting was in line with Section 215 of the 1999 Constitution which empowered it to appoint officers to states as CPs.

Affected by the exercise were the Force Public Relations Officer, Emmanuel Ojukwu, who had been deployed to Kogi State and Ikechukwu Nwodibo who was posted to Taraba State.
Others include J. Habila, Abia; Adejo Adaji, Adamawa; Murtala Mani, Akwa Ibom; Karma Hosea; Anambra; Mohammed Mohammed, Bauchi; P. Okafor,   Bayelsa; Dibai Yakadi, Benue; J. Opadokun, Borno; Henry Fadairo, Cross River; and Usman Alkali, Delta State.

Wife Of Donald Trump Junior Files For Divorce

(Reuters) - The wife of Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of U.S. President Donald Trump, has filed for divorce in New York, according to court records.

Vanessa Trump, a former model and actress, and Trump Jr. said in a joint statement on Thursday: "After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways."

The statement was provided by the Trump Organization, the president's business empire, which his son helps manage.

Further details were not immediately available on the uncontested divorce filing by Vanessa Trump in a New York state court. She and Trump Jr. have "enormous respect" for each other, according to the joint statement, which also asked for privacy.
